  • This procedure requires almost no downtime.

  • After the procedure you may experience mild redness, minor swelling, mild discomfort, and possible bruising.

  • You should avoid vigorous exercise for 24 hours after your procedure.

  • Avoid laying down for 4 hours following treatment.

How long do Neurotoxins last?

  • Results can vary depending on dose administered and product used, and additionally the activity level of each individual.

  • Most patients will notice the effectiveness beginning to set in 3-5 days post procedure and should be full integrated by 2 weeks post procedure.

  • The effects of Neurotoxins can last for up to four months, but this varies from person to person.

Fillers

Am I a Candidate for Dermal Fillers?

  • There is no one-size-fits-all answer to this question, as the best way to determine if dermal fillers are right for you depends on a number of individual factors, such as your age, skin type, and the specific areas you would like to address.

  • However, if you are looking to smooth out wrinkles and lines, or add volume to certain areas of your face, then dermal fillers may be a good option for you.

What should I expect during my filler appointment ?

  • Initial consultation on desired look will take 15-30 mins.

  • Use of topical anesthetic and or nerve blocks are used to minimize pain from the procedure. Depending on treatment plan, the full procedure may take 1 hour.

What downtime should I expect following my dermal filler appointment?

  • Results typically take up to 2 weeks to regulate following injection.

  • Significant swelling and bruising is common following lip filler. During the first 72 hours you will notice the most substantial swelling, which will continue to minimize until 2 weeks.

  • Avoid exercise for 24 hours following your appointment.

  • We do not recommend dermal filler appointments within 2 weeks of an important event (wedding, engagement, family pictures, etc).

How long should I expect dermal fillers to last?

  • Much depends on metabolism. However, most fillers last 6+ months.

  • Multiple appointments may be required to achieve desired look.

Microneedling

Am I a candidate for Microneedling?

  • It is difficult to say without first seeing your skin. PRP Microneedling may be a good option for you if you are looking for improvements in skin texture, firmness, and overall appearance.

  • Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment that uses a device with multiple fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. This treatment is used to improve the appearance of the skin, including the reduction of scars, wrinkles, and stretch marks.

What should I expect during my microneedling appointment?

  • You can expect a relaxed and comfortable experience.

  • During your appointment, a topical numbing medication will be applied to your face to provide comfort during the procedure.

  • Next, a small amount of blood will be drawn from your arm and spun in a centrifuge to create PRP. The PRP will then be applied to your face using a microneedling device.

Does microneedling hurt?

  • The short answer is yes, microneedling does hurt. However, the level of pain you experience will vary depending on the intensity level of the treatment and your own pain threshold. Am I a candidate for VI Peel?

  • A good candidate for a chemical peel is someone with fair skin who wants to improve the appearance of their skin.

What should I expect during my VI Peel appointment?

  • The appointment generally lasts around 30 minutes.

  • You should expect to have your skin cleansed, and then the peel solution will be applied. You may experience a tingling sensation.

  • After the peel solution is applied, you will be instructed to wait a few minutes for it to work. After the wait time is up, the peel solution will be removed and your skin will be rinsed.

Does a VI Peel treatment hurt?

  • A VI Peel treatment can hurt a little bit, but most people find that the results are worth the slight discomfort.

What downtime should I expect following my VI Peel appointment?
