When Abby and Katie met for the first time, they immediately realized they shared the same values and passion for all things medical. Fast forward to 2020 when the world was hit with a Pandemic, they both wanted to spread happiness and medical services to clients in the comfort of their own homes and realized there weren’t any options available. Enter Grace Aesthetics. Together, they created an aesthetic concierge service that will bring advanced providers into your space.
Abby Roach, CRNA.
Abby Roach is a Board Certified Nurse Anesthetist and Co-Owner of Grace Aesthetics. She completed her Bachelors of Nursing at Penn State University in 2010 and after working in a Cardiothoracic ICU at UPMC Passavant she attained her Master’s of Science in Nurse Anesthesia from Allegheny school of Anesthesia. Upon completion of the program in 2015 Abby worked for Duke University Hospital until 2018 when she relocated to Pittsburgh to raise her family. Abby has worked for UPMC Children’s hospital most recently. As a CRNA, Abby has extensive knowledge and experience with anatomy, physiology and injection techniques on all age populations. Abby built upon these skills with the best techniques to create a natural and refreshed appearance with her clients. Abby’s goals with Grace Aesthetics are to provide up to date and proven treatment options with her medical expertise to help people achieve their aesthetic goals. Abby has chosen this career path to help people look and feel the best version of themselves. The evolving aesthetic industry continues to advance with minimally invasive procedures and Grace Aesthetics promises to keep up with the evolution of the industry and are dedicated to continuous improvements and up-to-date training.
Katie Gross, PA-C.
Katie Gross is a NCCPA board-certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelor of Science in 2008 and received her Masters of Science from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2012. Katie has over 10+ years surgical experience. With her strong procedural and surgical background, her hands-on experience has provided a unique opportunity for her skills to translate over into her aesthetic practice. She is an expert of all things anatomy, with her fine attention to detail and hands on approach gained a strong foundation in aesthetics. These traits have allowed her to become an expert injector. Often described as an eternal optimist and hype woman Katie decided to expand her skill set into the world of injectable aesthetics and provide her patients with cutting edge treatments to enhance their natural beauty.
